Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointments, we cannot guarantee service or full service for late arrivals.
Cancellations and Changes
We require a credit card deposit when booking an appointment. Changes or cancellation of an individual appointment must be made 24hrs in advance to avoid a $29 cancellation fee and “a no show no call will result in a full service charge. Cancellations of any spa package or appointments of more than one service must be made 72hours in advance so we may rebook appointments for other customers.
Before Your Treatment
We encourage you to inform your spa provider with any questions or concerns you may have relating to your treatment. This will allow you to receive the full benefits for your specific needs.
Your Privacy
Our goal at Jamachi Medi Spa is to make you feel as comfortable as possible while you are here. Your information and the services you receive here are kept in the highest form of confidentiality.
Gratuity
It is customary to pay 15-20% gratuity when services are received in a spa. However gratuity is at your discretion and is appreciated when received for a job well done by your service provider.
Spa Etiquette
We expect all of our clients to be respectful and courteous to our facilities, spa staff as well as other clients waiting to receive services. Jamachi Medi Spa, does not condone profanity, destruction of property, harassment or abuse of any kind under any circumstances to our attending client or staff. Any patron who does not abide by our policy will be asked to leave our premises permanently.
Children
Children under 10 years old are not allowed at Jamachi Medi Spa unattended, due to safety and noise considerations. Our spa desk staff can provide you with any additional information and
answer any questions you may have.
Cell Phones
Cell phones and pagers must be turned OFF or on the silent mode feature while being serviced in the spa. Answering your Cell Phone while receiving service is not allowed.
Gift Certificates
Jamachi Medi Spa Gift Cards are available for purchase on all services and dollar amounts starting at $20.
Method of Payment
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Jamachi Medi Spa Gift Cards, Spa Week Gift Cards, Spa Finder gift cards & certificates(spa week and spa finder gift cards are not accepted or combined with special deals/events such as spa week, spa deal days and Jamachi special discounts).
